Sara Sidle (Jorja Fox)

Sara Sidle came from an abusive family. Her father would beat both her and her mother. One morning she woke up and found out her mom had shot her father. Her mom was taken to jail and she was put in foster care. She grew up in the system and graduated from high school at 16 as valedictorian. She worked a CSI in San Francisco until Season 1 episode 2 when Gil Grissom asks her to help in Las Vegas and she ended up staying. Over time she developed a relationship with Grissom. rissom actually proposed to Sara. She left in Season 8 episode 7 leaving Grissom a letter and giving him one last kiss. She later comes back to help solve Warricks murder. She has also come back for all of Seaon 10. It is hinted about Sara and Grissom being married when Sara mentions they're honeymoon.

Catherine Willows (Marg Helgenberger)

Catherine is a loving single mother. She is also an ex-stripper. She is always having boyfriend trouble. In multiple episodes it is hinted that she likes Warrick Brown. She is heartbroken when he gets married and devastated when he is killed. Catherine is always wearing her hair in different types of styles. She wears it in kid styles, teen styles, everyday styles and party styles. She can pull it off with great ease. She is friends with just about everyone at the office. I love Catherine!!!
